Behaviour in the Workplace These programmes look at employment issues concerning discrimination, bullying and harassment. 360 Consulting can conduct interviews in the firm to understand what behaviours pose the greatest risk and designs case studies around these issues. Training sessions use actors and facilitators to raise awareness and explore difficult "grey" areas
Women in Banking This series targets female employees and helps them to actively manage their careers, identify areas for development and cultivate the skills necessary for promotion
Age Discrimination This programme looks at the new law that came into place in October 2006. It covers new rights to all workers and applicants for work not to be discriminated against on the grounds of age.
